"A great all around softphone service"

Deployment was simple, getting the team set up with their own numbers etc. was painless. Support has been fantastic, as any time I've had a question, they've been able to solve it and always get back to me in a timely manner. My SDR team uses it every day, and have found that it integrates easily with their normal flow of work.

"A phone call away from knowing what you need"

What I do like best about RingCentral Contact Center is that is maneageable to use it, that's to say, it's easy to implement, for example, when you're doing phone calls and at the same time you can send a message. Besides, you can offer customer support when they're needing an update or information about a load they're looking or having.

What I dislike about RingCentral is that the organization of the items and sometimes when you are calling fails the connection and it drops automatically. Besides, I do not think any sense to use RingCentral for Video, I do believe that the more simple the better its utilization and trasability.

RingCentral Contact Center is helping me to solve problems related to track and trace supported. RingCentral helps to contact drivers, carriers and dispatch to do a correct follow up about the loads that we are monitoring. This tool is important to get in touch with them and provide or receive the updates about the loads that they're running at that moment. Likewise, Ring Central helps to connect to other operations departments like booking, billing, accounting, etc.
